LLC FormationWhy Write Legal
You decide what goes into every document, and we prepare it. Each service starts with a plain explanation of the work and fees, and ends with your review of the finished pages before anything is filed. Tyler Brewer is a registered legal document assistant, not an attorney.
Guadalupe is a city with its own police department at 4490 10th Street, separate from the county sheriff. Guadalupe small claims are most likely heard at the Cook Division in Santa Maria, so confirm with the clerk. The court's list of newspapers for legal notices has no entry for Guadalupe, so a legal notice may need a Santa Maria paper.
