LLC FormationWhy Write Legal
You decide what goes into every document, and we prepare it. Each service starts with a plain explanation of the work and fees, and ends with your review of the finished pages before anything is filed. Tyler Brewer is a registered legal document assistant, not an attorney.
The Santa Barbara Superior Court's Cook Division, at 312 East Cook Street, hears civil, family law, probate, and small claims cases. Mediation by Family Court Services is required before a hearing on a contested custody or visitation issue, and the court says that mediation is free.
