LLC FormationWhy Write Legal
You decide what goes into every document, and we prepare it. Each service starts with a plain explanation of the work and fees, and ends with your review of the finished pages before anything is filed. Tyler Brewer is a registered legal document assistant, not an attorney.
Trona is in San Bernardino County, in the Searles Valley area, so its cases go to San Bernardino County courts, not Kern. Confirm with the clerk which court applies before you file.
Questions
We prepare paperwork for family law matters, wills and trusts, probate and estates, personal matters, court and records matters, and business filings.
Trona customers work with us by remote service. Our nearest meeting office, in Lancaster, is by appointment only. The Ridgecrest address is a mailing and drop-off address, not a meeting office. Please call (805) 941-1113 to begin.
San Bernardino's Resource Centers in Barstow and Victorville help people without an attorney with court matters; call to confirm which services they offer. The centers say they do not provide legal advice, and their only requirement is that you do not have an attorney.
The San Bernardino County Sheriff has a Trona Substation at 13215 Market Street, a satellite of the Barstow station. In California the sheriff serves domestic violence papers using form SER-001.
San Bernardino County's Assessor-Recorder-Clerk lists a High Desert Government Center office as well as its main office in San Bernardino. Confirm which office takes recordings for your property before you travel. We prepare the deed and forms at your direction.
